• Special Machines for maximum accuracy
We produce tailor-made measuring systems with maximum accuracy, including software, to measure dimensions like (free) form, shape or surface with accuracy down to the nanometer level.
• Machine Tool Calibration and Inspection systems
The Spindle Analyzer is for non-contact measurement of Machine tool spindles, in accordance with ISO 230-7. With MT Check and R-Test, also our own development, we have a clever calibration system to determine 3D positioning and straightness errors and to calibrate rotary axis for 5 axis machine tools!
• Non-Contact Precision Sensors
Capacitive measurement systems with sub-nanometre resolution as well as Eddy current systems with a very high bandwidth (up to 80kHz) and nanometre resolution.
