submission of papers

Accepted papers will be published in the conference proceedings in the form of extended abstracts. Submitted extended abstracts should describe original work not previously published and should clearly indicate new and significant advances and their importance.

Extended abstracts must be submitted in two formats WORD and PDF according to the following layout : extended abstract  template. Submitted extended abstracts must not exceed 4 A5 pages and must include authors' names, affiliations and email address of the corresponding author.

Copyright transfer has been integrated into the online paper submission form. To allow for publication, authors are required to transfer copyright. Please use this link for more information on Copyright Orginality and Ownership.

Speaker Profile Submission

The final decision on acceptance of papers will be made by the Conference International Scientific Committee. The deadline for paper submission is 18th February 2010.

The author registration deadline, for authors wishing their papers to be included in the conference proceedings, is 1st April 2010 . Authors are required to attend the conference to present their work. Papers will not be published where no author attends the meeting.

Authors are strongly encouraged to submit a full version of their contribution for publication in 'Precision Engineering', the official journal of euspen, ASPE and JSPE.
