guidance for presenters
euspen's 10th Anniversary International Conference will comprise of 10 oral and 10 poster technical sessions. Each oral session will be managed by 2 session chairmen (one from industry and one from academia).
Presentation Timings:
Oral Session 1 - will be 60mins duration, consisting of 2 oral presentations of 30mins (25mins + 5mins questions).
Oral Sessions 2A, 3, 5A & 9 - will be 1hr 45mins duration, consisting of 1 keynote presentation of 25mins (20mins + 5mins questions) plus 4 further oral presentations of 20mins (15mins + 5mins questions).
Oral Session 4 - will be 1hr 25mins duration, consisting of 1 keynote presentation of 25mins (20mins + 5mins questions) plus 3 further oral presentations of 20mins (15mins + 5mins questions).
Oral Sessions 5B, 7 & 8 - will be 1hr duration, consisting of 3 oral presentations of 20mins (15mins + 5mins questions).
Oral Session 2B - will be 1hr 05mins duration, consisting of 1 keynote presentation of 25mins (20mins + 5mins questions) plus 2 further oral presentations of 20mins (15mins + 5mins questions).
Presentation Submission:
Presentations should be handed in between 14:30 to 17:30 on Mon 31st May at the Speaker Check-in on the reception desk at the Aula Congress Centre.
Alternatively presentations may be handed in during conference opening hours, however presentations should be submitted at the latest 24 hours before the assigned presentation time.
Authors taking part in the oral sessions must provide their talks in PowerPoint format only.
Poster Presentations:
Poster sessions will take place in the vicinity of the plenary room and exhibition areas within the Aula Congress Centre. A map of specific posterboard areas will be available at the registration desk. Presenters should be able to affix their posters to the boards between 17:30 and 18:15 on Monday 31st May and from 08:00 on Tuesday 1st June.

Poster Sessions 5, 6, 9 & 10 Thurs 3rd June 2010 10.00-11.30
Poster Size:
Maximum poster size should be A0 (85cm (width) x 1.2m (height))
